UK Union - What is it good for? Nothing: say it again ...

The Sunday Express is linking the unexplained shooting of an SNP activist, Willie McRae, in 1985 with the British Establishment cover up operation of peadophile rings within the Palace of Westminster and upper echelons in the 1970's and early 80's. Among the names coming to light along with Saville and Cyril Smith in relation to the Palace of Westminster ring is the late Nicholas Fairbairn and a Scottish high ranking peadophile ring which called itself the 'Untouchables'.

Thatcher's ex-Home Office Minister Leon Brittain is also now in the frame as it was on his watch the Home Office 'lost' documentation related to allegations of peadophile rings operating within the Palace of Westminster while Norman Tebbit has now admitted, in the last few months, there may well have been a cover up as the misdemeanors of a few, in the 1980's, could not be allowed to bring down the British Establishment or State and it was thought best to 'hush it up'.

In the meantime in the manager of a number of Children's Homes in North Wales, John Allan, has been found guilty of peadophile activities against children in his care. This is the tip of a very messy iceberg which has been breaking surface over the last decade or so with allegations which go far beyond John Allen's activities and conviction. Children who were abused during John Allen's tenure claim they were 'hired out' to local dignitaries and politicians. One name that comes up frequently in these allegations is the Ex-Tory Treasurer's brother, probably as part of an established peadophile ring known to be active in the Wrexham area. The Jillings report from 1995 on the goings on in North Wales Children's homes remains heavily redacted as it names men who its has now been alleged, procured young boys from John Allen.

In November 2012, Anne Clwyd MP called for the legal archive copy of the report to be published, claiming that she was shown a copy in 1994: "I would say please get the Jillings report published because it shows... rape, bestiality, violent assaults and torture, and the effects on those young boys at that time cannot be under-estimated."  Channel 4 News reported that Sir Peter Morrison, a former aide to Margaret Thatcher and MP for Chester, who died in 1995, had been 'seen' driving a boy away from the Bryn Estyn home in North Wales. The Conservative Party said that they were investigating the claims in the two years since nothing much has been heard.

The role which John Allen played in 'procuring children' for others appears nowhere within the 33 charges laid against him by the Crown Prosecution Service and for which he has been found guilty. North Wales Police have reported that a number of the sexual predators who were provided with young boys by John Allen (in the most part) in the 1960's and 1970's are now deceased.

Now if this was just a one 'off' case you would be concerned at the levels of British Establishment cover up letting one man, John Allen, deflect the attention for all the other possible abusers the Jillings Report mentioned in 1995 in relation to the Bryn Est Home alone. So far all the arrests are of the small fry or those who turned a 'blind eye' but not the 'British Establishment' men who paid John Allen for access to these children.  Dennis Parry, a former leader of Clwyd county council, told the Sunday Times:

'My information was that not only was he an abuser, he was a supplier. There was movement between Holland and this country, and Dolphin Square was part of the set-up.' Parry added: 'There was a guy - whose names hasn't come up so far - and he was working within that Dolphin Square system. My information was he was the one who collected the young people and took them to Dolphin Square...his links were with our part of north Wales and others.'

The flats at Dolphin Square contained 70 MP's and 10 Lords at the time of the 1995 Jillings Report which Parry commissioned and has been hushed up by the Home Office.

The real horror is North Wales is not an isolated case as the child sexual abuse carried out by Jimmy Saville across a number of NHS Hospitals in Yorkshire, The Rotherham child sex ring, the allegations of a ring in  South Kensington, London which is alleged to include a number of 'British Establishment' figures such as 'Kitty' (alleged to be the cover name for Sir Cliff Richards), a Church of England Priest who used access to children's homes in Wiltshire to groom young boys for his own and others to abuse, most recently come to public notice is the link between a 'politician' who is an alleged member of the South Kensington ring and the murder of a boy who was being abused. John Cowan who has recently been charged and convicted with the sexual abuse of children as he spread his web across children's homes in Scotland, London and Essex.

Now a cold case that many in the SNP have long regarded as suspicious, the shooting of Willie MacRae in 1985, raises its ugly head in relation to a 'British Establishment' cover up of peadophilia within the Palace of Westminster. One that Lord Tebbit's recent comment suggests went to the highest levels to protect the reputation of the 'British Establishment' in the 1980's and beyond.

This is the UK Union and 'British Establishment' we remain stuck with after September's narrow loss, one whose 'members' are more important to protect than the electorate they claim to 'serve'. If they can not keep their word to children, in public care, to keep them safe, just what hope is there the same 'British Establishment' will keep any of their promises to do with the Smith Commission Report which can and will threaten their control and power.

Westminster - Paddle? Shit Creek?

A pretty pass when  Norman Tebbit admits there may have been a cover up of a high ranking peadophile ring within the British Establishment and explains it away with a 'Hot Fuzz' style claim of the 'greater good'.

It turns out the suspected high ranking ring was first reported to Leon Brittan when he was Home Secretary and I was a Surgeon Lieutenant on my way to the Falklands to tidy up Carrington and John Knott's faux pas of not listening to what they were being told about Argentine intentions over the Malvinas by saving those I could and burying those I could not.

Mr Brittan was handed a detailed portfolio of evidence which apparently the Home Office disregarded because they thought the MP, Mr Dickens, was a bit of a 'nutter' and of course had little to do with the fact that Sir Robert McAlpine's - the Tory Treasurer and donor - brother was on the list of suspected high ranking peadophiles.

The cover up is already starting. In today's Independent there is an article running which reaffirms Dickens as being a bit of a nutter, a political David Icke, pestering Ministers with bizarre suggestions and claims, being a bit of grit in the Party and Government machine, a loose canon - if you will. The article also seeks to smooth things over, there is nothing for the UK Electorate to see, leave Butler-Schloss to carry out her investigation, you will see there is no substance in these claims of a high level cover up of a British Establishment peadophile ring and, anyway, it was such a long time ago, memories are not what they were.

The problem remains that Brittan, as Home Secretary, received Dicken's dossier, some work must have been undertaken or there would not have been in excess of 114 documents for the Home Office to misplace, shred, mistakenly destroy in relation to Dicken's claim. Claims are circulating of Tory whips warning off other Tory MP's from following Dickens line of questioning and inquiry on the British Establishment peadophile ring. Retired police officers from the Met are now saying their attempts to investigate Dicken's claims were brought to an abrupt halt on the orders of Senior officers in the Met.

Brittan is currently under police caution after an allegation has been made about his own sexual proclivities at the time with young, female office staff. Hague's investigation into the North Wales Orphanage molestation claims is now looking to have been part of the cover up, deflected by the media latching on to the wrong McAlpine brother by accident or possibly part of the cover plan.

The serious claim, which is now bubbling up, is the involvement of a member of the Royal Family in this high powered ring. If this is in the slightest bit true it means the 'Crown' in the person of the Privy Council will have known about the allegations and the cover up. Let us be clear Liz, personally, may have never been allowed to know about the allegations, after all, if the cover up was successful, she would not have needed to know.

So the British Establishment has to close ranks, with out appearing to close ranks, as there is a potential constitutional crisis if the 'Royal' connection is revealed as being real. All this is boiling up on Cameron's watch which already has a number of damaging issues pressing in on HM Government with the failed Welfare Reform Act, the EU exit referendum, the failure of Osbourne's austerity program, a £1.7 trillion and increasing UK debt and the one they want to pretend is not happening; the Scottish exit from the UK Union.

The UK's economic situation with out Scotland is not that smart, manufacturing output in England is down 1.3% this quarter, the reality is outside the M25 Orbital the English economy is still bumping along the bottom and remains heavily reliant on the City of London.

All in all we have a British Establishment vulnerable from many angles and in serious trouble if this Westminster Peadophile Ring wakes up and unites the English electorate rather than the way current UK media manipulation is successfully keeping the English electorate divided and at each others throats.

In October, with all these problems mounting one on top of the other, the British Establishment may have to face an ever more angry English electorate as all the bluster and promises about what an independent Scotland can not have or would not be able to do melt away 'like snaw aff a dyke.

Then there is the likely requirement in October, on a Yes vote, of elections to the new rUK Parliament to give it a legal and constitutional basis to under take negotiations on the ending of the Union Treaty.

The next few weeks on the peadophile inquest claim, as much else in Westminster, will be long on promises and short on action in the hopes this will simply disappear over the summer simply because the British Establishment and Cameron know if this allegation becomes fact they and the UK as currently run is screwed.

It does not take a genius to realise this will mean ever more obtuse, vilifying and scurrilous claims against the Yes Campaign and the idea of Scottish Independence, in the usual media sources, targeted mainly at the English Electorate as ever more ridiculous 'Look a Squirrel!' stories are fed to the English public in the hopes their attention span can be moved into Goldfish mode.

That Unionist Gump momment.

Unionist Gump, "Resign from the SNP, you nasty (alleged) bum groper!"

Salmond does.

"No Fair! You should have been expelled by wee nippy, she's protecting you, she should go as well."

Ms Sturgeon explains no complaint has been made directly to the SNP Party of any form of harrassment by Mr Salmond of anybody. On Good Morning Scotland even the BBC presenter, for once, would not buy this banning 'sine die' line from Unionist Gump and left him with a new arsehole.

"How stupid independistas are" say umpteen Unionist Gumps, "funding Salmond's defence against the harrassment charges." (no criminal charge has actual been made, Police Scotland are just assessing the evidence to see if any criminality took place but, "Hey!", that's Unionist Gumpism for you)

Independence supporters point out the funding is for the judicial review at the Court of Session to see if the due process that brought about all this stramash is in 'procedure', 'fact' and 'law' equitable and sustainable under Scots Law and not simply the Unionist Gump witch hunt many independence supporters now believe it to be, triggered by the British Establishment to try and disrupt the independence movement in Scotland.

So as the Unionist Forrest Gump's wail, throw ash in their hair, rend their garments (it's OK they will charge the new hairdoo and clothing to expenses which you me and every other taxpayer has to cough up for) the stench of hypocrisy wafts high into the air to create a choking, deadly cloud of hubris and double standards which is hovering, waiting to reach critical mass before it collapses back on the whole boiling.

Questions will need to be asked of Ms and Messers Unionist Gump in the Holyrood Parliament to explain why so many identified sex pests and racial discriminators remain in their parties as MSPs or councillors, should they not be forced to resign?

At Westminster Mr Robertson should ask the Prime Minister why Conservative MPs who have been found to have actually sexually abused their interns are still in the party and have not been forced to resign from the Party and their seats, this apparently includes at least four ex or serving ministers in her cabinet.

Then there is the issue of the paedophile tendency within the Houses of Parliament at Westminster which has been covered up by Tory Whips and the Home Office since Ted Heath's day. Ms May as Home Secretary managed to 'lose' all the files of evidence on MPs who had been accused of being part of the peadophile ring. She also refused to release an unredacted copy of the Jillings Report on the paedophile ring operating out of a North Wales children home which supplied parties at the Westminster Parliament's favourite accommodation around Dolphin Square with girls and boys.

The Conservative Party said that they were investigating the claims nothing much has been heard since. See this Millflats Mercury article for more information

I await for the Tory Party Chairman to invite Ms May to resign from the Tory Party and leave parliament in disgrace for her part in the cover up of this disgusting crime, I am not holding my breath.

So against this comparison of the actual litany of sexual abuse and sexual criminality conducted by members of the Unionist Gump coterie across the UK, Mr Salmond's as yet unproven case of harassment, if indeed it ever had happened, should be balanced.

There is also the legal issue of why, at this particular point, what was confidential information, therefore information supposedly not to be released into the public domain, leaked to the Scottish Press?

If Wee Eck did not release the information and I believe him when he says he did not, then it has to have been some one high up in the Scottish Civil Service who fed the information to the Daily Record, as I hae ma doots the file would be let out of the grips of very senior management at Ocean House, given its sensitivity. Then the question becomes why was the confidential file leaked. The most likely answer is an attempt to destroy Mr Salmond's image and the only reason therefore is political. It is also interesting to note how close the leak to the Record was in relation to the embarrassing humbling of the BBC by Mr Salmond over the 'Wings over Scotland' copyright issue.

The only other suggestion I have is the actual complaint could not be sustained and the leak was to ensure Mr Salmond was covered in the same innuendo and contempt as the known, actual abusers amongst parliamentarians across the UK.

The problem for Unionist Gumps across the UK is the ordinary people of Scotland are not buying this latest dark arts operation as the rapid meeting of Mr Salmond's £50k crowd funding request for the Court of Session case has clearly shown.

We may end up being wrong on Mr Salmond, yet given the track record of the British Establishment's dodgy, dirty tricks campaigns against folk who threaten their wealth or position, whether it was Willie McCrae's or Dr Kelly's supposed suicides, I think we, on the ground in Scotland have the Unionist Gumps rumbled on this one.

Minging Main Stream Media - talking mince at every turn

The UK, as a political and economic entity, is on the brink of a self-destructive, mass suicide and yet the only political party which is seeking a solution to the current EU \ UK impasse and presenting alternative suggestions to reduce the impact of the Tories stupidity is the much decried, separatist SNP.

You have to think just how screwed up the UK media is when it seeks to claim Scotland's biggest members funded party, by a long chalk, has 'peaked', is 'running out of steam', is 'failing the people of Scotland' or 'giving up on independence'.

They seemed to have been watching or reading about a very different SNP Conference to the one I have seen and heard. Labour's 'Scotch' branch struggled to fill the front few rows of the Caird Hall yet did the self same press comment on the end of 'Scotch Labour'?

Ruth's Tories are back in third place in Westminster voting intentions where are the Herald's column inches regarding the wheels coming off the Tory waggon in Scotland?

As for the Libdems in Scotland, well, they are still exploring uncharted political depth's of crass stupidity that deny any realistic comment beyond sympathy at their passing. A party I was once active in, a party which once believed in the need to decentralise power, subsidiarity, and a fair balance between the needs of the economy and the people. A party who, in the past, introduced the basic state pension and whose greatest thinker of the first half of the 20th Century, Beveridge, came up with the 1944 White Paper which Labour based their welfare, health and social reforms of 1945 wholly upon. A far cry, indeed, from the current witterings of Willie Rennie and his ilk. An example of just how far the Libdems have lost the place and their balance between Corporate greed and the people.

Mahri Black called out the BBC bias over Marr's show at the weekend, the STV suggestion that the SNP no longer had the stomach for independence fell at the First Minister's hands. For a party that has apparently run out of steam there was a stream of key policy announcements including the setting up of a national energy company and changes to future Scotrail contract bids to allow Scottish publicly owned bodies to bid for the contract. Just two of many policies being pursued that reflect the needs and expectations of the SNP membership and the Scottish people.

On the issue of paid regional organisers the same mininging media tried to make it out as a defeat for the SNP leadership, forgetting that the SNP operates from the bottom up, the folk who pound the streets on behalf of the SNP see the need for paid organisers and it is a logical step given the work load volunteers have had to field over the last four years. A logical and necessary change in the party structure, one which will improve campaigning organisation is deemed as a 'defeat' because it came from the floor rather than the high heid yins. Leaves you wondering if the reality the SNP remains a members party where the members still have a final say, where it is still OK to have a 'divisive' debate in public, to be seen to exercise democratic principles is what really scares the UK media commentariat.

Anyone see or hear of the Tory Home Secretary being taken to bits in public over their handling of England's police forces, the mess that is their immigration policy, the failings of Border Control? Yet this happened at the SNP Conference when the Justice Minister faced a heart felt statement, at a fringe meeting, from an SNP member, about the impact of the current work over load on Scotland's Police Officers. Anyone ask Jackson Carlaw or any other 'Scotch' Tory if they are campaigning to have Police Scotland's VAT bill not just zeroed but the billions paid, over the last ten years, paid back? A simple change which would see Ruth's Tories helping reduce the current overload and financial restraints on Police Scotland, at a stroke, and demonstrate they do stand up for Scotland's best interests. Where are the minging media ijournalists pointing this out to Ruth the Mooth?

What we are actually seeing is the minging media turning on the social media beyond their or their master's control which asks all the questions they should be asking, if they were actually doing their job properly and discussing what is, rather than what they have been told to write. Looking at what the facts are actually saying rather than spinning them to say the complete opposite.

So to Nick Robinson at the BBC, Tom Harris of the Telegraph, David Torrance and the others who infest the minging media plying the Westminster Establishment line I suggest blogs such as Wings or the Canary are not the real problem, they simply highlight your failings as bought reporters, they point up how far too frequently you are the story and, worse, how you seek to distort what is actually happening to fit your master's bidding. It is not just in Scotland you have been found wanting in reporting what is actually happening but in Catalonia, Northern Ireland, Manchester in fact across Europe and the world where you peddle your falsehoods at the British Establishment's behest.

As the peadophile cover up on behalf of 'highly placed' individuals undertaken by the British Establishment, from the early 1970's rapidly begins to unravel. As the reality that Ted Heath, Cyril Smith and other's would now be facing serious charges with regard to sexual abuse of children, that Theresa May somehow 'lost' the detailed file on politicians and others involved in an international peadophile ring based at Dolphin Square (a favoured abode of the British Establishment) in London, maybe it is time for the minging media to decide just how much longer they have left, if they do not rediscover some sort of spine and integrity and start doing their real job of holding those in power to account.

I will not be holding my breath.

Love: Labour's Lost

He sat with his head in his hands grateful, in these days, it was merely a metaphorical expression, in the past his traitorous failure to the people of the UK would have lead to the headsman's block on Tower Hill. It had all seemed so simple. You target your policies at the 'swing voters' of Middle England as there was nowhere else for your main vote to go. It was Labour or nothing. By mimicking the Conservatives you opened a new line of financial backing which increasingly meant you could ignore the Unions, anyway where else could they spend their members' money except to prop up Labour. So you squeezed out the influence of the Unions while spending their cash as if there is no tomorrow and as long as you were getting your rich pals to fund you, what could the Unions do about it except seek to outspend the 'City of London' corporate backers in an attempt to protect 'their party'.

There were other nice earners for the Labour party, flogging honours just like the Tories did or making sure decisions and laws went financial backers' way no matter the damage done to ordinary people. The marketisation of NHS England was a classic example of 'New Labour' making new financial backers happy and giving Labour back benchers' the chance to make a bit as parliamentary consultants to these businesses or, better, lucrative directorships for Labour's front benchers. Everyone was doing well so party cohesion was not a problem and the Denis Skinner's could be ignored as simply grumpy and eccentric old men, out of place and out of step in 'New Labour's' trendy Britain. A Labour Party where 'loads a money', looking out for number one became the norm and the poor and vulnerable were expendable. A serial peadophile as a senior member of the party, no problems as the Tories were just a keen to keep a lid on 'kiddy fiddling' while all the UK spy agencies were concerned about was the possibility of enemy agencies using the information to gain secret information. There was the bonus as when Leon Brittain was Home Secretary he made damned sure all the skeletons of abuse in the 70's and 80's were well buried and reports about the abusive activities of Lords and MPs from the police or fellow parliamentarians never saw the light of day. In the 1990's the report into the peadophile Bryn Estyn abuse factory in North Wales was well and truly buried even when concerned Labour and Libdem MPs requested to see the unredacted report or requested its publication in full, from 1994 to the present day. Then it turns out Brittain was one of the 'kiddy fiddlers' along with a growing list of recently deceased Lords and parliamentarians of his era and the others who could not be mentioned because they were still alive.

It was all the fault of some northern local internet based news source the 'bodyguard of lies' had collapsed, who had ever heard of the North Yorks Enquirer? In their fight against what they saw as a corrupt Scarborough and District Council links between Jimmy Saville and certain councilors became clear. It took only a little bit of digging for the North Yorks Enquirer to discover complaints about Mr Saville's habits and those of local councilors had been made to the local police and apparently ignored (according to HM Inspector of Constabulary the complaints had been 'poorly handled and not given due care' by the North Yorks Force or as the North Yorks Inquirer put it more simply 'ignored'. In the aftermath of the Rotherham procurement ring's exposure what had been a Libdem or Tory problem became Labour's as the Labour appointed head of Social Work and Welfare (and past Labour candidate) was accused of levels of incompetence on the issue, almost to the point of suspicion of collusion in the cover up.

Then the sussurus of an organised cover up of long standing paedophilic behaviour in the Palace of Westminster became a whisper and then a clearer voice, until it ended up an angry shout from a UK electorate already well aware of the financial corruption endemic in the building amongst MPs and Lords.

There are many peccadilloes MP's may be forgiven but the abuse and molestation of children is not and never will be one. Still the Westminster old boys' club covered up, decried the paedophilia claims being made against their membership as injudicious, slanderous and a gross insult to Parliament. Even after the mess they made of the Westminster expenses scam cover up, they still had not learned. Even with the media in their pocket this longstanding sleaze leaked out. The next step was to claim that 'kiddy fiddling' members who were still alive were too senile to stand trial and the British Establishment with a nod here and a wink there, ensured the still alive abusers who had been named and shamed could avoid facing trial. After all a few expendable high profile paedophiles had been sacrificed to calm the mob along with two of the main providers of 'kiddies to the Palace' from Bry Estyn and Dolphin House days, luckily Leon Brittain died before he could blow the gaff on the cover up he lead on Thatcher's oblique instructions and of his own unpleasant habits.

All the while Labour went along with the cover up of this heinous crime, sought to dismiss the claims as unsubstantive, yet people carried on looking. Then a routine review of documents due for disposal at the Home Office, by National Archivists, blew the gaff, as papers which just a month before were claimed not to be present, suddenly were. An MP sent a new report with regards a fellow Labour MP's continuing predilection for small boys and the whole 'it all happened over twenty years ago' cover up balloon deflated catastrophically all over the British Establishment and the Palace of Westminster. The national media stayed horribly silent except from a nod here, a hat tip there.

Labour, the self acclaimed voice of the poor, the sick and the vulnerable of the UK stayed silent, too busy ripping itself apart while it argued it should be even more Tory in its policies to stave of its accelerating electoral collapse. Too busy thinking about its own narrow self interest rather than the needs of the UK electorate for an alternate voice to austerity. Too busy attacking a party it had more in common with simply because the SNP wiped it out in Scotland by being what Labour used to be. Voting for more austerity by default and calling it 'resistance'. To change from being minime Tories exposed the total failure of Blairism and the 'New Labour' way and could not be considered, as it exposed Labour's nearly 20 year lie. The first truthful thing Blair has probably said was comparing the current state of the Labour Party to the British Army after the initial Somme attack in July 1916.

He took his head from his hands, sick to his stomach. The veniality, turbidity and sleaziness of what was once his party brought bile to his throat. What was the point? The usual suspects were in the process of making all the same mistakes all over again while ensuring the neo-liberal, austerity policy which brought them to this pass remained the Labour way. He turned to his wife, who was looking over the Thames, at the physically collapsing Palace of Westminster which more honestly reflected the majority of the politics and politicians it contained, and said,

It does not matter how I see it, love; Labour's lost.
